In the end, it was worth the hard work.
I'm lovin' the new job! Staying with my grandma....quality time, cleaning, cooking, and just things that I as a woman love to do anyway.
Also, this link will give you details on the plot for the new play I'm in. It will be in downtown New Albany at the Cine. November 10,11,12 probably at 7 but closer to time you will start seeing posters. Its alot of work especially for director, John Peter, but it will be great. Its a good family or date night..hope to see everyone there!

busy, busy week.graduation! Bday party! and more.
Thursday night...Joel graduating Nursing school!! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy! Its been SO hard for us and will be awhile before we can get on our feet BUT we did it! I always knew it was gonna' be hard with me doing most all of the income but I truly didn't have a clue. God sure has brought us thru'....we only could have with him. Joel still has to take his boards sometime in June and if he passes fine then he can get a job as an RN. As I go thru and look at our endless debt we've accumulated over the past three years, I can easily get discouraged. But I know you can only take one day at a time. Just continue to pray that he passes and finds a job fast.......This other pic. is my step-grandmother's 90 year old bday party! She is such a sweet lady and this is just some of the grandkids...some were outside,lol. This family is so blessed with people! She birthed 13 kids, I believe and heres some of what came from all of them.

The folded napkin story....
Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linenwrappings lying there, while the cloth that had covered Jesus’ head was folded up and lying to the side.
Was that important? Absolutely!
Is it really significant? Yes!
In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have tounderstand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The foldednapkin had to do with the Master and Servant, and every Jewish boy knew thistradition.
When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure that it was exactly the way the master wanted it.
The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, justout of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished.
Now if the master were done eating, he would rise from the table, wipehis fingers, his mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up thatnapkin and toss it onto the table.
The servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the wadded napkin meant, ‘I’m done’.
But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin, and laidit beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table,because……….

MONDAY...or is it??
A Tuesday after a holiday sure beats you up,lol. I'm having sinus trouble on top of it all too. I can't let it get me down though....way too much to do. I can't believe its been so long since I have wrote on my blog...I had gotten so faithful for awhile and now I'm not. Anyway, Joel and I did some SUPER cleaning this weekend...long overdue...because we did this the dishes and laundry has piled up BUT no worries I will get right on it..you know me! POTTS CAMP – Troy Rayburn McCraw, 61, of Potts Camp, went home to be with his Lord on July 2, 2010, while doing what he loved, fishing. He was born on December 27, 1948. He was an active and charter member of Open Door Baptist Church in Winburn. He was an Army decorated Vietnam Veteran and a retired truck driver for Conway Trucking in Memphis.Services will be at 11 a.m., July 6, 2010, at Holly Springs Funeral Home with Bro. David Helmic, Bro. Bud McCraw and Bro. Bobby Brandon officiating.Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, July 5, 2010, at the Holly Springs Funeral Home.Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Gail Taylor McCraw; one child, Cheryl Kay McCraw Grisham (Randy); one grandson, John Randall Grisham; three step grandchildren, Larissa Hart and Blake and Bryson Grisham; five step great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Bro. looking back
Man at how everyone has changed. So many of us said we'd never loose touch and we never talk. Just looking back: your kinda glad its over but yet again you wish you could do and redo it all. Witness more, be a better friend, not care what size your house was-just have them over, and definetly laugh more. life
The play went great. The familys doing good. Joel is still in nursing,...making gr8 on test even when he doesn't study. I'm trying to sell avon to help us out. Braxton and Ashton are growing so fast...braxton is laughing at movies already and ashton is in school...I feel so old. I just can't wait for Joel to get out of school so we can logically start thinking about kids. I'm trying to catch up on my sleep...haven't been sleeping well lately. Anyways we've been having it pretty hard but God is good and he'll take care of us!!

TRP presents ‘Smoke on the Mountain’
The Tallahatchie River Players will present the gospel comedy musical, "Smoke on the Mountain" on Oct. 8 and 9 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 11, at 2:00 p.m.The stage of the Cine’ theatre has been transformed into the sanctuary of the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, near the Blue Ridge Mountains. The time is a Saturday night in June, 1938, during the period when the United States is in the last years of the Great Depression.Mount Pleasant’s principal industries are farming and pickle production. The Mount Pleasant Pickle Plant has lately begun laying people off at an alarming rate due to the economy. The factory makes everyone and everything in Mount Pleasant smell of vinegar and dill.Saturday Night Sings by families of gospel singers have become the much needed and highly appreciated entertainment of the time. The Sanders Family are appearing after a five-year hiatus from the gospel-singing circuit. They travel in an ancient bus with "The Sanders Family" hand-painted on the side.Starring in this production are some familiar faces along with some folks new to community theatre. Mark Garrett plays Burl Sanders, the daddy and leader of the Sanders Family. Ginger Harrell plays Vera Sanders, wife of Burl and the piano-playing, scripture-quoting mother. Bobby Irvin plays Stanley Sanders, the wayward brother who has returned home and the banjo player of the group. Victoria Willard and Hunter Searles play twins, Denise, who sings, and Dennis who sings and plays guitar. Leslie Gray plays the older daughter, June, whose contribution to the family is playing percussion instruments and signing because her mama says she needs the practice. Sam Brown plays Pastor Mervin Oglethorpe, a young and enthusiastic minister, who has enlisted the Sanders Family in his efforts to bring his tiny congregation into the "modern world." Tom Coltharp rounds out the cast as the cousin who adds his talent of playing the upright bass.The cast will take to the stage on Thursday, October 8, at 7:00 p.m., and Friday, October 9, at 7:00 p.m. There will be a matinee on Sunday, October 11, at 2:00 p.m. There will be no Saturday performance. Tickets are $10 and are available by calling 534-3438 or going by the Main Street office located in the UCDA building.
